About Us

Our Story

Our story began in January 2024, when Rafael & Alejandra traveled to Canada to spend Christmas and New Years with family and friends. They were in search for a Hallmark style holiday, visiting places like Hamilton, Toronto, Niagara, Niagara on the Lake, and London. During the trip, they visited different places such as cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets. One day during late at night talks, the idea started coming together. What if we were to start a roasted coffee brand in Canada? What if the coffee brand then grows into running cafes throughout the Ontario area? 

Screaming Goose was born out of the idea of bringing excellent quality coffees from around the world to Ontario. We will be offering different coffees throughout the year, keeping our Blends available for you during the entire year. Our specialty lots will be in constant rotation to offer new and exiting things throughout the year, keeping you with a fresh palate.

We want to immerse you into the deep and exiting world of coffee. Each coffee has it’s very own and unique story behind it, whether it is about the coffee, the mill where it is processed, or the producers that grow these amazing coffees. We want to share with you the passion that drives each of these producers to deliver these amazing coffees you will be enjoying. 

Good coffee doesn’t happen by chance. It is the hard work and excellence throughout the entire coffee chain, from the producer, the mill, the exporter, the importer, the roaster, and finally ends with the person preparing the coffee. Everything must be done in the best possible way to ensure the best outcome. It is a collaborated effort of everyone involved in the coffee supply chain. We will definitely keep this in mind when sourcing and preparing our coffees just for you!
